This bearing-guided profile cutter produces a concave cove detail along a suitable workpiece edge, making it useful for decorative furniture, trim and joinery work. Its carbide cutting edges form the 6.35 mm radius, while the guide bearing follows the reference edge to help maintain a consistent profile. The cutter can also be combined with an appropriate roundover cutter of the same radius when creating complementary profiles and counterprofiles.
