How Payments Are Processed
1. Credit & Debit Cards (via Yoco)
We use Yoco, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details never touch our servers—they're encrypted and processed directly by Yoco's secure infrastructure.

2. Instant EFT
Pay directly from your online banking. You'll be redirected to your bank's secure portal. Once confirmed, your order is processed immediately.

3. Manual EFT (Bank Transfer)
Transfer funds to our bank account and email proof of payment. Orders ship once payment clears (usually within 24 hours).

4. 30-Day Business Account
Approved businesses can order on account with 30-day payment terms. Monthly statements emailed. No fees for on-time payments.
To apply: Email info@gloobigroup.co.za with VAT registration, company registration, and two trade references.

We Never Store Your Full Card Details
Your complete card number is never saved on our servers. Payment processing happens directly on Yoco's secure infrastructure, which is independently audited and certified.
