Delivery Process
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours (same day if placed before 12:00 PM). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a dispatch notification.
2. Packing & Quality Check
All orders undergo quality inspection before packing. Fragile items receive additional protective packaging. Bulk orders are palletized for safe transport.
3. Dispatch & Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS. Track your order in real-time through your account dashboard or using the tracking link provided.
4. Delivery & Sign-Off
Courier will contact you to arrange delivery. A signature is required upon receipt. Inspect your order immediately and report any damage within 24 hours.
