Designed for panels from 18–28 mm thick, matched to the Festool KVB-HW D15 CE hinge location cutter and suitable for the DF 500, DF 500 R and cordless DFC 500 DOMINO systems. The Festool BS-KV D15 is the dedicated drilling template for accurately producing the surface hole required when installing Festool DOMINO D 8 detachable furniture and basic-structure connectors. The template precisely establishes the position of the 15 mm fixture hole and works together with the matching Festool KVB-HW D15 CE hinge location cutter, order number 203165. This removes much of the measuring and positioning normally associated with detachable furniture fittings and helps create repeatable connector installations in panels from 18 mm to 28 mm thick. The drilling template can also be used with dust extraction, allowing chips to be removed directly while drilling.
