The Maykestag Code 6728 Speeddrill+ Universal is a precision solid carbide stub drill developed for accurate and dependable drilling across a broad selection of engineering materials. Its short 3xD design combines compact geometry with the rigidity of solid carbide, making it particularly well suited to applications where accurate hole positioning, dimensional control and stable cutting performance are important. This 1.02mm version features two cutting edges, a 140° point angle and Maykestag's Type N universal geometry. The cutting section is protected by the specified ALTINDUR coating , while the DIN 6535-HA cylindrical shank provides a precise interface for suitable toolholding systems.
